This thesis focusing on the graduates in Nanchang Business College and taking the graduates in 2011- 2014 in Department of Finance and Accounting as the study object, analyzes the employment situation and problems of graduates in Nanchang Business College in detail and then proposes solutions to such problems for cultivating talents for the society and providing theoretical and practical to achieve sustainable development of Nanchang Business College.The study finds that the employment rate of the graduates in 2011- 2014 in the Department of Finance and Accounting is higher, and the job and profession fit of graduates is higher. Most graduates are more optimistic about their own professional employment prospects and the public servants institutions and state-owned enterprises are still popular choices for graduates. Graduates' occupational concept is more rational, compensation and benefit factor is one of the important ones in employment. Most graduates choose to work in economically developed cities and they know little about the national and local employment policies and incentives. The respondents with low salary and welfare level can accept their own jobs generally. According to the survey, the majority of the graduates think the occupational guidance curriculum arranged in the third grade is better and hope to take job interview skills training and get the employment information and other employment services offered by the college and they prefer the way of employment guidance is to share the experience and counsel face to face and do case studies. Graduates' overall evaluation to teaching and employment of the alma mater is good, while their evaluations to practical teaching and career counseling are lower.Through the analysis of employment and survey data, this thesis points out that in the course of employment, the problems in graduates are week Grass-root employment consciousness, higher expectation to the state organs and institutions and state-owned enterprises, less understanding of the national and local employment policies and lack of the initiative. At the same time, the college's lack of the employment education and the level of practice teaching is lower. In the whole social environment, the home environment and employers just make a certain impact on the graduates. According to the problems identified, the thesis argues that it should be improved from the following aspects. Firstly, Graduates from its own terms, should pay more attention to employment information and give full play to their initiative. In learning and practice students should improve the overall quality and the employ ability. In employment students should make full use of network resources and make good job preparation. Secondly, the College should improve the level of teaching practice and make the establishment of employment guidance system for graduates to provide comprehensive, personalized career guidance. At the meantime, the college should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education. From the national and social perspective, the state should develop a more comprehensive employment support policies to encourage graduates to get employment actively and start creative entrepreneurship. Independent college should create a fair competitive environment for the independent college graduates and make a good and active outside communication to expand the social influence. At the meantime, families should play an active role in the course of employment of graduates.
