At the present,vocational education is mainly composed of secondary vocational education and college level vocational education in China,training goal is skilled personnel.However,at present,our country is in urgent need of a large number of technical personnel,structural employment contradiction is becoming more and more prominent.On the one hand,the general higher education can not meet the demand of the society for advanced technology application talents,on the other hand,secondary vocational education is the main part of vocational education in our country.In recent years,there have been problems such as difficulties in recruiting students,poor teaching quality and so on.In order to solve these problems,in 2012,the state began to pilot implementation of 3+4 grading culture mode between secondary vocational and undergraduate education.Based on the investigation of the implementation of 3+4 project in Hebei province,this paper analyzes the educational model.In recent years,the research focus of vocational education is the connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education.The research of the connection between secondary vocational education and undergraduate education is relatively few.With the "3+4" model began to implement in various provinces,the study of this model should be started as early as possible.In order to make it more healthy and long-term development,we need to check erroneous ideas at the outset.This study is based on the enrollment with the specialty,through the questionnaire method and literature method,deeply analyzes the implementation status of the mode in Hebei province in the past ten years.And this text found the defect of the enrollment with the specialty.The quality of students in vocational schools is relatively low.Ordinary high school students accounted for the highest proportion of University Students.It is difficult for the students in secondary vocational schools to enter university.Secondary vocational schools too much attention to the entrance examination,leading to the examination oriented education is more and more serious.3+4 subsection training mode is another channel to achieve the connection of secondary vocational education and undergraduate education.This mode should avoid similar problems in the implementation process.In this research,the author investigated the two secondary vocational schools and a university in Hebei province,which is implementing the 3+4 mode.After analyzing the enrollment and training program,this study finds that the 3+4 mode has its unique advantages,but there are many defects in the implementation process.Several suggestions are put forward for this study: First of all,we should broaden the channel of 3+4 mode connection,and appropriately expand the enrollment scale;Secondly,We should rationally adjust the professional structure and improve the effectiveness and adaptability of the professional connection.In addition,secondary vocational schools and undergraduate school should also be as soon as possible to develop the cooperation of training the talent plan and practice teaching to improve the curriculum system of 3+4 mode.
