Considering about the actuality of the Basic Education policy and the need of the society,Education Internship,an important component of Physical Education Major program and the student training project, is quite significant in combining the class and the reality.It has always been and will continue be the only way for the students to successfully step into their career.As a key part of Educational Internship,its corresponding Evaluation studies the internship course of each student,analyzes their practice ability and works out their levels.Thus,it can effectively promote the quality of the internship and the student training project,as well as the internship administration.Moreover, Evaluation feeds back the problems and faults in the education process which helps administrators a lot in making decisions.In a word,with the advantages such as guidance,supervision,encouragement,selection, identification,feedback and enhancement,Education Internship Evaluation will totally lead the Education Internship program and the student training project to a much high level.This thesis assisted by relevant documents,surveys and questionnaires,experts interviews,Delphi Methods/Theory and statistics concentrates on these four fundamental questions—why to evaluate;what to evaluate;who to evaluate and how to evaluate.It is based on the actuality of the current Education Internship of Physical Education in BSU,guided by the contemporary education evaluation theory, hand-in-hand with curriculum reform and the development of society.To meet the needs of the renewed student teaching goal and the specialization of teachers,this study,served by the techniques of Evaluation system Design,is perfected by the experts' previous researches.Meanwhile,though the methods of relevant documentaries,surveys and interviews,it first passed the three cycles of,experts consultations with questionnaires of the preliminarily confirmed objects,according to Delphi Methods/Theory.Then,after all the statistics were collected and analyzed,both the Education Internship Evaluation System of Physical Education Major in BSU and the answers to "why and what to evaluate" were finally achieved.However, without scientific measures,evaluation will not succeed.Therefore,to seek the suitable strategies and to solve the problems of "who and how to evaluate" ensure the efficiency of the system and make it a guidance,supervisor,agent,selector,feedback and promoter.There are the specific steps:●Attach importance to the final evaluation,set up intern's individual archives,make evaluation along with the whole internship course;●Diversify the subjects:the evaluation from yourself,others and group discussion or combine them together;●Pay more attention to the interns' self-reflection,encourage and require them to write it down.In the course,make them get mature,perfect themselves and complete the role transition from a student to a teacher.
