Internationalization is the inherent requirement of the development of higher education itself, but also the inevitable trend of the development of globalization, the internationalization of curriculum is the most important content in the internationalization of higher education, is the foundation of university internationa-lization, as the core of the curriculum of internationalization, faculty' engage in the internationalization of curriculum is an important factor in course of internationa-lization of higher education. Study on faculty' engagement in the internationa-lization of curriculum can enrich the theory of internationalization of higher education from the perspective of teachers, as well as the further understanding of our country higher education curriculum internationalization development, promote the sustainable development of higher education of international program, has a certain practical significance.Using SPSS22.0 software to analyze the questionnaire data of teachers in colleges in China,the main findings are as following:Firstly, compare with the American faculty, Chinese faculty' curriculum internationalization engagement is low,and faculty' engagement in the input-based curriculum internationalization activities is significantly higher than export-oriented curriculum internationalization activities; Secondly, there is a significant positive correlation between faculty' curriculum internationalization engagement and professional development. With doctoral degree, senior title and postgraduate tutor qualification, faculty obviously have more engagement in the curriculum of internationalization; Thirdly, there is a significant positive correlation between faculty' curriculum internationalization engagement and the university's type and region. Research university and the university of coastal areas faculty' engagement in the internationalization of curriculum is significantly higher than the non-research university and the university of inland areas. Fourthly, curriculum internationalization attitude, international knowledge, foreign education experience and organizational support have a direct impact on faculty's engagement in the internationalization of curriculum, among which the most influential factor is international knowledge.The analysis results of the influencing factors provide suggestions for developing faculty engagement in the internationalization of curriculum:building the platform of cooperation with foreign universities to exchange faculty, provide opportunities for the development of faculty; design the policy to promote faculty engage in the internationalization of curriculum; Increase capital investment, encouraging faculty to engage in the curriculum internationalization.
