| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly put forward that "we should extensively carry out the national fitness campaign,strengthen the youth sports work,promote the all-round development of mass sports and competitive sports,and speed up the process of building a powerful country in sports." We should pay attention to the development of youth sports if we want to build the goal of sports power as soon as possible.However,the traditional physical education in middle school has been unable to adapt to the current needs of training talents,and it is incompatible with the reform of school physical education in the new era.Therefore,the majority of middle school physical education teachers must find a new method suitable for middle school physical education to solve the urgent problem.This paper takes the current situation of "non-instructional" teaching application of junior high school physical education as the research object,adopts the method of literature survey,questionnaire survey,interview survey and other research methods,randomly selects the students of grade 6-9 in 16 junior middle schools in Zhangdian District,Zibo City(Zibo May fourth school system)and physical education teachers to investigate.The results found that the "non-instructional" teaching of junior high school sports had the following problems:1.The school has insufficient support for the policy of "non-instructional" teaching of junior high school sports.2.The "non-instructional" teaching ability of the junior high school sports teacher is inadequate;3.The students are not good enough for the "non-instructional" teaching of junior high school sports.Suggestions:1.Suggestions to the school: take "non-instructional" teaching of physical education as a subject feature and set up "non-instructional" teaching backbone team of physical education;The "non-directive" teaching evaluation standard is added to the personal demonstration course to improve the teachers’ consciousness of using the "non-directive" teaching mode;A "non-instructional" teaching competition is held every academic year,and an integrated teaching training system of "learn-exercise-competition-evaluation" is built.2.Suggestions for teachers: arrange self-study content in advance to create a good self-study environment for students and lay a foundation for "non-instructional" communication;Construct good teacher-student relationship,promote teacher-student communication;According to the principle of "intra-group heterogeneity,inter-group homogeneity",students are grouped to promote the communication among students.Enter into a study contract with the student and agree on the teaching procedures for accompanying the student in the university’s "non-teaching" physical education class;Individual tutoring for students who do not fit the "non-instructional" teaching model.3.Suggestions for students: make good preparation with the help of self-study tips and resources on the self-study list;Actively participate in the discussion,learn from each other and accumulate experience. |
