| In September 2012,the national television and telephone conference on information technology in Education held in China for the first time.Liu at the conference stressed that it is necessary to vigorously promote the construction of "three links two platforms" including the "on-line learning space through everyone",and to change the teaching and learning methods.In November 2014,five departments including the ministry of education also issued the notice of“Construction of the use of information technology means to expand the coverage of high-quality educational resources and effective mechanisms for implementation of the program”,which proposed the on-line learning space to cover all kinds of education at all levels.Under this background,large-scale construction of the teacher on-line learning space is started,but the related research evaluation system did not attract enough attention.Therefore,it is rather critical to build a scientific evaluation system of teachers learning space.This paper adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,AHP and other research methods to carry out the research about the present situation of teacher evaluation system for on-line learning space and building.The work and achievements of the research are as follows:First of all,based on relevant documents,this paper respectively hackled the result on the meaning of "on-line learning space" and "the effectiveness of teacher on-line learning space ".Secondly,under the guidance of constructivism theory,recent developing regional theory and AHP,the author defined the concept of teacher on-line learning space,which laid the theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.Thirdly,after the consultation with experts,the author proposed dimensions and its sub-indices for repeated screening and modification,established six dimensions of evaluation of teacher Learning Network: Teaching,personal display,multi-interactive,professional development,and community support services responsibility.And based on this,the author designed a teacher on-line learning space evaluation system questionnaire,release the questionnaire by way of face to face.After the recovery of questionnaire,the author used SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire data,and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Then make importance analysis according to the result of the use the questionnaire seven judgment matrix were obtained,then use the index judgment matrix to calculate the same level of weight,and then come to single sort the results.Finally,the author calculate the total level sorting results of dimension layer weights,and build the teacher on-line learning space evaluation system eventually.Then,in order to further verify the maneuverability and the effectiveness of the index system,this paper made an application by taking Gongshuqu-teacher online learning space as an example.The result shows that the verification result of the index system is basically consistent with the verification result of Gongshuqu-teacher online learning space in the society,which indicates that the accuracy of the index system is rather high.However,according to the verification result,score of the Gongshuqu-teacher online learning space is not so high in multiple interactive dimensions.Finally,the author made a summary of this study,and further expounds the characteristics of the study.The author also pointed out shortcomings of this study and made prospect on subsequent research at the same time. |
