With the progress of society,the improvement of people's living standards and the implementation of the one-child policy in China,now most of the high school students are the only child in the family,so they are terribly spoiled.Their parents take care of everything for them,so that they have an unprecedented superior growth environment.But under the system of "exam-oriented education",facing the entrance pressure,the schools and parents are just focused on the cultivation of students' knowledge,and neglected the personality and the psychological education of the student,so that many students' test scores are good,but they have a weak will and poor ability to resist setback and it is difficult for them to conform to the trend of the times and the requirements of the society.Therefore,the ability to resist frustration of the high school students is in urgent need of improvement.The ideological and political course is a compulsory course which gives the high school students the citizen moral education and the common sense of Marxism education,and it is also an important moral education course in the school education.Especially with the reforming of the new curriculum,the Politics lesson will play an important role,as a main channel,for high school students' frustration education.The ideological and political teachers are the main forces who are carrying out setback education at school,so the task of them is very hard.This paper attempts to focus on the high school political teachers in the implementation of the students' frustration education,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the students' frustration tolerance.This article from the modern high school students frustration tolerance is generally poor status quo,with the theoretical knowledge to guide the preparation of the questionnaire,respectively,the high school political teachers and students to carry out a questionnaire survey.Through questionnaire survey and interviews on the part of students,summarizes the current basic situation of frustration education of high school students,focusing on analysis of the current setback education are the main problems of high school students and its causes,mainly teachers level of frustration education lack of profound understanding,single teaching method and etc.,the students are strong self-awareness,lack of reason and so on,the family presence of children look forward to the value is too high and too indulgent and other issues.According to the main problems existing in the high school students' frustration education,it puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the high school students' frustration education.In the face of the current situation of college students' frustration tolerance,the political teachers,as the main force of the school's setback education,have an inescapable responsibility.Political teachers should try hard to explore the law of frustration education,improve their comprehensive quality,through classroom teaching and practice,combine students' parents,and jointly improve students' frustration tolerance.
