| Talents are the first resource for societal progress, whom we cannot cultivate and develop without further education. This article researches the technical professionals'further education in Zhengzhou Henan Province. It concludes the advanced approaches as well as existing problems in ideologies, expenditures and training qualities in this city, after deep investigations and current situation analysis from different angles like policy legislation, public finance, and public administrations. It is in a hope to point out the imperfections in policy, system and management in this municipal further education, in order to offer directions and guidance for the technical personnel in this aspect, which is based on study and learning of domestic and international documents and the optimal experiences from the neighboring areas. |
