Some important existing research results indicates that enterprise education is very helpful in cultivating the innovative talents. Those students who have participated in enterprise education curriculum have a better understanding in sense of innovation. So we hold that it is very meaningful to discuss how to set up enterprise education curriculum to cultivate the innovative spirit and the employability of college students, what is more important, to make China an innovative nation.The basic research object in this research are 52 undergraduate universities in Henan Province. The methods have been adopted are literature research, questionnaire survey and field investigation. The purpose of this research is exploring the actual situation that how this undergraduate universities set up enterprise education curriculum and curriculum response. In order to put forward improvement suggestions, this research also draw lessons from the experience of British and American colleges and universities.Through the research among 52 undergraduate universities in Henan Province, we can see that many universities have attempts to carry out entrepreneurship education and harvests achievements at that field, such as some compulsory and elective courses have been set up for undergraduate students. At that time, some problems appeared, especially the objective of enterprise education curriculum is not clear, the imperfection of the curriculum system and contents, lacking of effective management in colleges and universities.The following reasons can explain: first, universities and students are ambiguous to the object of this curriculum. They still think entrepreneurship education tells students how to be self-employed; second, imperfect assessments of the curriculum from the the department of education management, which can not leads the entrepreneurship education in undergraduate universities; third, lacking of curriculum resources should be taken into account; last but not least, universities do not have linkage mechanism and perfect education management is also a weakness. Take both the current research and researches on the actual status of colleges and universities in Henan Province into account, this research take for personal opinions from the perspective of clear curriculum objectives, setting kinds of curriculum, improve the construction of curriculum resources. The establishment of EEE-entrepreneurship education ecosystem may be a wonderful solution, which can enhance the effect of entrepreneurship education.This research focus on enterprise education, especially the curriculum, finds problems and explores what caused the problems and then puts forward the proposal. It is helpful for Henan Province to formulate better policies,and it can provide guidance and reference for teachers and mentors in the process of cultivating undergraduates when they engaged in teaching enterprise education curriculum.
