With the advent of the 21 st century, the ecological environment as a concept, is widely used in social sciences in various fields gradually, more and more education scholars are put forward in view of ecology to education problem, the relationship between teachers and students is one of the important factors affecting the education teaching activities, its change and development is affecting the education process. Along with the deepening of the research on the relationship between teachers and students, as well as people's ecological consciousness constantly strengthen, education scholars from all over the world by the original pursuit of the universality of the law of education thought to solve the problem of teaching practice and transformation, pedagogy and the fusion of ecology has been deepened, instructed by the theory of ecological relationship between teachers and students from a new Angle of view to think about education, about the ecological relationship between teachers and students in the class of research is established on the basis of this.This study on the application of ecological theory in the education teaching of applied research, in order to through the study on relationship between ecological big classroom teachers build strategy, so as to improve education teaching effect, form a good relationship between teachers and students. Specifically, first of all, this study explains the ecology, ecology, ecological big classroom, the connotation of the relationship between teachers and students, and the constituent elements and characteristic of ecological big classroom, will ecological big classroom and the relationship between teachers and students discuss the connection between them, is the ecological relationship between teachers and students in the classroom of teachers and students in the mutual exchanges and mutual understanding in the formation of the relationship between teaching and learning, so also with the relationship between the psychological and emotional, the purpose is to better the life of the campus atmosphere, make the environment and the coordination between teachers and students, become a unified whole. How to return to education nature, make the campus life, teachers and students become a place full of humanistic spirit, based on the philosophy of "people" and cross-examine, surveyed the school put the classroom in the field of humanistic spirit to think, on the premise of respect for life and the pursuit of harmonious development between teachers and students as the value goal, in the mutual exchanges and mutual understanding better the life of the campus atmosphere, make the environment and the coordination between teachers and students, be balanced development in the education teaching, which is being investigated the origin of ecological big classroom, school is the ecological relationship between teachers and students in the class of thought and research based on this background. Then, through the practice of the relationship between teachers and students to observe and questionnaire survey, summarized the traditional teacher and student exchanges of ecological phenomenon, namely status exist inequality between teachers and students, the emotional communication between teachers and students of desert, the lack of humanistic spirit and the interactions of single four aspects.In order to understand the present situation of the ecological relationship between large class teachers, this study of middle school teachers and students surveyed the two groups to discuss respectively, in order to have a big classroom ecological environment, through to the teachers and students in the thought idea, the behavior way, environment construction and so on related degree of agreement to understand ecological big classroom for change and influence brought by the relationship between teachers and students, according to the purpose of this study and latitude, design the questionnaire and interview outline, between teachers and students to the ecological relationship between teachers and students in the classroom of a more detailed understanding, through large classroom environment and ecology of the change of the interactions between teachers and students, to teachers and students from the thought idea, behavior way and the classroom environment construction and so on to analyze the results, is the analysis of ecological big classroom for the promotion of the relationship between teachers and students.In order to improve the quality of teachers' and students' school life, promote the development of the education teaching better lead the teachers and students to pursue the meaning of life. Finally, the comprehensive observation, theoretical basis and practice follow the ecological big classroom of life, the principle of diversity, interaction and harmonious and symbiotic, further proposes strategies to construct the ecological relationship between large class teachers, widen the channel of the emotional communication, enhance mutual understanding between teachers and students; To optimize the classroom teaching, create a harmonious atmosphere, building ecological classroom interactive dialogue communication; Renewal education idea, transformation of the mode of communication between teachers and students, change scores exchanges for specialty communication; Establish ecological education evaluation system, claiming the diversification of evaluation way, content integration, diversification, safeguard mechanism of interaction between teachers and students; Improve the interaction between teachers and students environment, bring to the teachers and students mental pleasure, create harmonious ecological classroom, promoting the spirit of the school culture, reflect the life value of the teachers and students.
