The Effect Of University Scientific Research Ability On The Hatching Efficiency Of University Science Park In China

The 21st century is the century of high-tech,history and reality prove that high-tech has become the commanding height of the development of modern economy,it is also a measure of an important symbol of a country's comprehensive national strength.The high-tech industrialization is more important than the high-tech itself.From the middle of the last century.,to develop high technology and its industry,developed countries and many developing countries have established high-tech parks,and as a strategic focus of national high-tech industrialization.The talent,technology,facilities,environment and other aspects in universities have the unique advantages that can provide necessary conditions for the creation of high-tech,in the national technological innovation in an important strategic position.In this context,the University Science and technology park has emerged,and in a short span of more than half a century of rapid development,has made remarkable achievements.University Science Park is an important part of the national innovation system,it's one of the main source of innovation of regional economic development and the progress of the industry,and it's also an important platform for the social service function and the combination of production and research.University Science park has three functions.As the main body of Science Park,University has the most direct and most important influence on the development of University Science Park.In this paper,we take the University Science Park and the University as the research objects.This paper mainlu research the effect of scientific research ability on the hatching efficiency of University Science and technology park.This paper adopts the way of combination of theoretical and empirical research on this issue,theoretical research mainly includes two parts.The first part is the general analysis of influence on University Science Park incubator activities,mainly from the agglomeration effect and spillover effect and the radiation effect.The second part is the mechanism of scientific research ability on the hatching efficiency of University Science and technology park.We use the super efficiency of the DEA model to calculate the hatching efficiency of University Science Park,the calculated results are used as the dependent variables.Then we add the relevant indicators which measure the ability of scientific research as the independent variable.We combine the two type of variables together to make a panel regression.In this paper,the model is also tested on the inner nature and steady.The test results show that the core explanatory variables are exogenous variables,and the empirical results are accurate and steady.Regression results show that University research ability has a significant impact on the incubation efficiency of University Science Park,The University's technological achievements have a significant effect on the hatching efficiency of the University Science Park,The number of the monograph has a significant inhibitory effect on the hatching efficiency of University Science Park.the number of subjects and number of papers published have no significant impact.
