The Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Volleyball Among Male Teaching And Administrative Staff Of Undergraduate Institutions In Henan Province

With China's political, economic, cultural and other aspects of development, the state's emphasis on m ass sports also unceasingly is strengthening. To improve the health level of the Chinese people, enrich the a mateur cultural life of the masses,to meet the growing public demand for sports has risen to the strategic po sition of our country.This article uses literature method, interview method, questionnaire investigatory method, logic analys is method and mathematical statistical method. First of all, I made a survey on the Volleyball Organization of the staff in undergraduate colleges in Henan Province, which includes the quantity, nature, characteristic s, function, membership, operation mechanism, source of funding, type of establishment and activities, pro blems in development, etc.Secondly,this paper also includes some research about the participation of male s taff in the volleyball sport. This research relates to the basic information of the staff, such as their age, their educational background,why they take part in this activity, how much their family support them, how they improve their skills, how long and how often they participate this activity, the facilities, the number of male staff in the group, types of people in the volleyball sport, how they contact and communicate with eachh ot her etc.Thirdly, we study the organization process of a volleyball match for male faculties of undergraduate colleges in Henan province. The research mainly focuses on: time arrangement, method of competition, pr ecompetition training, judgement and so on. Finally, the influential factor for male faculties taking part in v olleyball games has been concluded, and relevant developing method has been put forward.The conclusion of the paper is that:In the survey of Henan Province Undergraduate Colleges and universities, 90.1% of colleges and univ ersities carry out school male staffs volleyball game, compared to the traditional a staff sports activities. Th e game strong entertaining, the male staff participation widely. Held in two years time and one year time, ty pe of match to standard indoor volleyball, individual colleges and universities, the balloon volleyball is a sp ort type. Among them, 54.55% of colleges and universities, the male, female staff mixed teams.Secondly,volleyball group organizations of male teaching and administrative staff in undergraduate co lleges and universities in Henan Province are not widely available. In the survey of 11 colleges and universities in Henan Province, seven of the universities and colleges of undergraduate course has the volleyball gr oup, six of which has been registered in school volleyball association or club and one volleyball fitness sma ll group which has not been enrolled yet in school. The number of seven volleyball groups of teaching and administrative staff is 274, among which 158 are male. The factors affecting the development of volleyball group organization of teaching and administrative staff are: the members, the group organization for memb ers of the binding, the activity funds, the activity places,the types of activities and the construction of the gr oup culture.Thirdly, the less time, the scare energy, the inferior site facility, the terrible skills of sports, no group a nd on guidance are main factors which influence the undergraduate course colleges and universities in Hen an province. The main factors of affecting the development of undergraduate course colleges and universiti es in Henan province male staff volleyball can be divided into the participants, venue facilities, sports skill, group organization and competition system factors and so on.Suggestions:Firstly, each university should make comprehensive utilization of the existing volleyball gym and make reasonable and practical plan. The existing volleyball gym should be opened for the teaching and administrative staff for free or charge. The university still without the indoor volleyball gym should speed up construction. Meanwhile, make sure that the existing sports resource is used fully and reasonably while the teaching and administrative staff are implementing volleyball activities.Secondly, each university should organize male volleyball game at least once or more a year. In order to improve male staff's motivation for taking part in the volleyball activity, the university can organize some entertaining volleyball game, such as balloon volleyball, soft volleyball and so on. At the same time, the Education Department of Henan province should continue hold volleyball game in plan for the staff of universities of Henan province, so that the staffs who like volleyball can have a higher platform to show themselves.Thirdly, immaturity still exists in the staff volleyball organization of undergraduate universities in Henan province. Each university should put surveillance on the staff volleyball organization accordingly. Those universities which have built up the staff volleyball organization should focus on the construction of collaborative culture, perfect the rules and regulations, and better the development plan.Fourthly, based on the volleyball organizations in universities, a city-scale volleyball organization could be founded. On one hand, the staff could break up the closed state of self-contented to embrace a more various social circle; on the other hand, the instrument and resources in universities could be fully used and the urban mass volleyball achievement could be enhanced.
