Causes And Enlightenment Of Sustainable Operation Of Spontaneous Mass Sports Organizations

National policy documents such as "Outline of Building a Strong Sports Country" and "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Fitness Facilities for All and Developing Mass Sports" all raise the development of mass sports to the national strategic level.Under the background of "the sports power must be strong in the’ three big balls’ ",volleyball,as the only one of the three big balls to win the world championship,shows its social status in China.However,in reality,there is still a certain distance between volleyball’s social expected status and the small number of people participating in volleyball,the weak construction of venues and facilities,the low popularization rate of volleyball,and the sluggish development of volleyball mass sports organizations.The "Morning Bell Yunbu Volleyball Club" is a group organization composed of individuals with different identities,which crosses geographical and interpersonal barriers and then realizes cross-border sports carnival.It has been ten years since its establishment,development and growth.What is commendable is that during this period,the pattern of Morning Bell Yunbu Volleyball Club has been copied and reproduced in different time and space.Therefore,this paper attempts to explain this extremely abnormal social phenomenon from the academic level.Based on this,this study adopts the methods of logical analysis,literature review and qualitative research,taking Chenzhong Yunbu Volleyball Club as a case,taking the causes and enlightenment of spontaneous mass sports organizations as the research object,and analyzing the motivation of sustainable development of spontaneous mass sports organizations.This paper studies the occurrence and evolution of the case of Chenzhong Yunbu Club,the organizational structure,members’ composition and interaction,the actual state and predicament of operation and organization,and then explores its sustainable development motivation and path dependence.In order to further stimulate the vitality of spontaneous mass sports organizations and provide some reference for the organization and development mode of spontaneous mass sports and even mass sports.The main conclusions and inspirations are as follows:1.Chenzhong Yunbu Volleyball Club has gone through four stages: establishment,development,expansion and reproduction,and its development has the characteristics of spontaneous mass sports organizations;In the process of operation,we are faced with the dilemma of the solidification of participating groups and the increasingly obvious segregation of groups inside and outside the school in the information age.2.Path dependence of sustainable development of Morning Bell Yunbu Volleyball Club:(1)The structural contradiction of individual participation in volleyball catalyzes the formation of the club;(2)Charisma’s organizational leadership ensures the club’s activities;(3)The action logic of "meeting friends with the ball" expands the social function in individual interaction;(4)Individual’s sense of belonging,which continues to identify,drives the endogenous power of club development.3.The interactive mechanism of sustainable development of Chenzhong Yunbu Volleyball Club:(1)the interaction between the inner and outer groups of the club realizes the integration of heterogeneous groups of the club;(2)On-line and off-line communication of the club leads to the ritual interaction of the club groups.4.Enlightenment of sustainable development motivation of Chenzhong Yunbu Volleyball Club:(1)Strengthening self-empowerment and self-empowerment of spontaneous mass sports organizations;(2)Improve the absorption and tolerance ability of spontaneous mass sports organizations;(3)Excavating the potential social function of spontaneous mass sports organizations;(4)Strengthen the replication and reproduction of spontaneous mass sports organizations across time and space.
