The Relationship Among College Students’ Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency And Parental Rearing Style,Self Consistence And Congruence Among

The study mainly uses questionnaire method and selects college students as subjects. The research tools are Mobile Phone Dependence Tendency Questionnaire of College Students, s-EMBU and SCCS. This study makes questionnaire surveys on 420 college students. In order to understand the present situation and characteristics of College Students’ mobile phone dependence tendency and to explore the relationship among mobile phone dependence tendency, parental rearing style and self consistency and congruence. And then, to explore the effects of parental rearing style for mobile phone dependence in the intermediary role of self consistency and congruence. This study provide the groundwork for subsequent related research, and also provide documentation support for College Students’ mobile phone dependence. The results show that :(1)College students’ mobile phone dependence tendency and some dimensions exist significant difference in major, area, one-child and loving. But there is not significant difference in gender and grade.(2) Mobile phone dependence tendency has significant correlation with parental rearing style and self consistency and congruence.(3) Negative parenting style(parental overprotection) and self consistency and congruence have negative predicted function on mobile phone dependence tendency, and positive parenting style(parental emotional warmth) has positive predicted function on mobile phone dependence tendency.(4) Self consistency and congruence as a mediator partly mediated the relationship between some dimensions of parental rearing style and mobile phone dependence tendency.
