Ethiopian TVET instructors' education, by recruiting Ethiopian students to study or take training with the module of TVET pedagogies is one action of Chinese international aid. The levels of education cover graduate undergraduate, postgraduate education, seminar and short-term training.This paper summarized the situation of Ethiopian TVET, studied Chinese module to educate Ethiopian TVET instructors as an action of international aid. The problems of students' recruitment, educational management, and faculty were analyzed. Enrollment system is subject to limited source students, small scale undergraduate education and low efficient procedure. Educational management existing unperfected management system, the demand of improving staffs' capacity, and poor response to emergent events. In the teaching system, major categories for international education are limited, the setting of curricula needs to be improved, and evaluation indicators are not perfect. For the faculty,'Three' teachers are lack, sources of international faculty needs to be developed, system of human resources development should be improved.Aiming at the above, solutions are proposed:to improve Ethiopia China vocational teachers students enrollment system to expand enrollment scale, to construct institutions of international student's education, to enhance the training system of management staffs; to construct the cultivation system for Ethiopian TVET instructors to study in China by resetting the teaching system, introduce reasonable teaching methods, resetting the curriculum distribution amongst Chinese language, practical theoretical courses, and to implement scientific teaching evaluation system; to strengthen the Chinese vocational education teachers team construction, to produce mechanism to introduce international faculty so as to improve the teaching quality. In summary, comprehensive actions above should be taken to produce qualified TVET teachers for Ethiopia and to promote the educational efficiency of Chinese international aid.
