Primary school stage is the golden stage of a person, is a critical period of morality, intelligence and physique aspects of the formation and development of. Primary school "moral character and society" course as a comprehensive discipline, is placing students in social life, let them know and understand the society and at the same time, we must foster the good habits and moral character, learn to live, learn to behave. And applied in the teaching of "moral character and society" the class "story teaching method", using the right story learn a new lesson, is the rich and colorful teaching content and student's life, not only can arouse the students' learning desire, and can make the teaching materials deeply shallow, strengthen the student's understanding, inspire students' thinking and classroom teaching more interactive, truly entertaining.At first, the paper discusses the content such as with the use of story teaching method of production, development, "morality and society" class nature, characteristics and theoretical aspects; secondly elaborated the story teaching method in the teaching of "moral character and society" problems in practical applications:specific story, content arrangement, the use of means, solving methods. Finally, we explain the application of story teaching method in the teaching of "moral character and society" theoretical and practical significance.
