Kindergarten, family and society are the three pillars of preschool education. Family education is an important part of modern national education. It is the basis of school education and social education.Kindergarten parents school is an organization. Kindergarten parent’s schools is an organization hat guides parents to establish a correct concept of family education and improve its quality and the level of family education. It is an important medium that will effectively combine the kindergarten education,family education and social education. Parents and schools in the kindergarten management plays a very important role. what is the present condition of the management model in a parents school? What are the similarities and differences between Mongolian and Han kindergarten parents school in the management model?The article is about two Kindergartens. One is the Ordos City of Inner Mongolia Dongsheng TieXi District Experiential Experimental Kindergarten,the other is Hangjinqi Mongolian Kindergarten. They represent the kindergarten of Han and Mongolian kindergarten respectively. The article is a comparative research on the management model of the two kindergartens. It starts from the management elements of the parent’s school. The elements of the management model of the parents school include the theoretical basis, the realistic foundation, the goal, the process, the condition and the evaluation and so on. Han and Mongolian kindergarten parents school management model based on the same basic theory and practical bases are in accordance with the “ten” of the requirements of the national Ministry of education concerning the parents and schools work of the guidance, ”to start parents schools. The two kindergartens both provide very good insurance on material foundation for the parents school. The main goal of the two kindergartenparents school management is to promote the continuous updating of the knowledge of family education, strengthen the strength of the family and kindergarten education, improve the kindergarten education, improve the quality of family education, improve the quality of family education. But there are some differences. The emphasis of the Han nationality kindergartens emphasizes on the system of family education and training parents, the emphasis of the Mongolian kindergarten is in carrying out rich and colorful parent-child activities, enhance parent-child relationship. It provides more harmonious family atmosphere for children. In terms of management, the both kindergartens have sound parents school organization and management institutions, parents works system of school parents and school teachers, but in the teachers training. Mongolian Kindergarten is less guaranteed than Han nationality kindergartens. The number of the external teachers is in the majority. In the management process, because of the different ethnic groups,there are some differences in the process of school management process elements, reflecting the ethnic diversity, Han kindergarten percents can actively participate in the parents training activities, while the parents of the Mongolian kindergarten learning enthusiasm is not high.But in parent-child activities, they showed great enthusiasm. In the management of evaluation, two kindergartens have clear rules for evaluation and rewards,reflects the management significance of evaluation, but the specific content of the rewards in slightly different.In a word,the elements of the management model of two kindergarten patens school fully have formed its own management model.
