The Study Of The Feature Of Running Mongolian Kindergarten

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is an area of Mongolian as its main body and education of Mongolians is always the "importance of priority" in the development of education in Inner Mongolia, this is fundamental principle. Preschool education of Mongolian minority has quite important position in the national education.Mongolian Kindergarten is the place where children get preschool education. In the process of running a kindergarten, whether the Mongolian kindergarten gives full play to its superiority, whether it obeys the laws, whether its aim is considered in an all-round way is waiting for us to study further. No question, these are a significant question for study in the preschool education of Mongolian minority. Thus, the feature of running a Mongolian kindergarten has also become an important mission that teachers of Mongolian preschool education are undertaking. This paper is to discuss feature of running a Mongolian kindergarten as a main topic and try to surmount a main proposition of practice.The paper gives an example of feature of running a Mongolian kindergarten in Xing Cheng District in Huhhot City and discusses closely a topic of feature of running a Mongolian kindergarten exploring initially the feature of running a Mongolian Kindergarten in Xing Cheng District in Huhhot City. I used various methods of reading related document widely, case study, observation and investigation to study and explore the feature of running a Mongolian kindergarten in Xing Cheng District in Huhhot City from many aspects.The paper is composed of four parts:in the first part, at first, it states the origin of choosing a topic, aim and meaning of study and sets limitations to the related contents. Secondly, it analyzes the related study based on a topic of feature of running a kindergarten. Finally, it tells the readers the methods of study and thinking.In the second part, it discusses the features of running a Mongolian kindergarten and summary of the experiences of a Mongolian kindergarten in Xing Cheng District in Huhhot City. Firstly, it introduces general situation of a Mongolian kindergarten in Xing Cheng District in Huhhot City. Secondly, it analyzes the features of running a kindergarten based on the point of Mongolian culture from building of material environment, educational approaches, teachers etc. It summarizes the forming the features of running a kindergarten in Xing Cheng District from the following points- excavating and applying the resources of course of Mongolian culture on the basis of the study; improving feature of running a kindergarten; creating feature of running a kindergarten by making teachers have special teaching ability; holding scientific study of the education which is based on a reality of the kindergarten and improve feature of running a kindergarten. Under the support of the government, we try to contribute to forming feature of running a kindergarten by our endless efforts etc.In the third part, it analyzes the challenge that Mongolian kindergarten encounters in the process of running a kindergarten in an all-round and systematic way. It mainly talks from the aspects of facilities in the kindergarten, bilingual (speak in Mongolian and Chinese) teachers, the resources of course of Mongolian culture, theory of featured education etc.In the fourth part, it suggests the countermeasures which contributes to improving of feature of Mongolian preschool education according to the parts discussed above from the two points:theory and practice-optimizing the policy Mongolian preschool education, studying theory of featured education further, making clear opinion and theory of running a kindergarten, strengthening the building of team of teachers, enhancing scientific study of educational work etc.
