Exploration On The Concept Of Self-realization And Its Education

Since ancient times,humans have never stopped to explore the self-development and self-improvement.Education is the cause of the people,the purpose of education is to cultivate people,the process of education is to promote the continuous development of self,self perfection,self realization of the process.Many domestic and foreign experts and scholars from different disciplines and different academic point of view of philosophy of self realization are discussed in this paper,the research in learning on the basis of previous view by literature method,observation method,interview method,investigation method of the questionnaire methods,philosophy and education of self realization were deeply explored.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is introduction,the second part mainly philosophy of self realization were analyzed,this paper combs the self realization idea of the historical development of,and focuses on the analysis of Maslow and Marx’s theory of self actualization.Finally,combining the characteristics of middle school students to give the concept of self realization with a new meaning,to pave the way for the third part of the lack of the concept of school education.The research on the lack of self realization in school education mainly adopts the methods of quantitative research and qualitative analysis.Through the investigation of a township middle school in Zibo City,Shandong Province,found self realization idea flaw is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:first,the subject status of students is limited,the lack of autonomy;second,students’ life goal fuzzy,planning is not enough;third,students’ lack of motivation,pleasure is not strong.Through rational and deep reflection,the author thinks that caused by a sense of self realization in the process of practical education lost is because:national education orientation should be further improved,teacher education concept should be updated and students personal awareness needs to be improved.The fifth part in school education in self realization idea of lost causes,from the construction of education idea,establish education objective,evaluation of education quality of the three aspects of the pursuit of self realization of the school education.In short,the author hopes to make more people realize the importance of the concept of self realization through the study of the concept of self realization and its education,so that more people attach importance to the concept of self realization and more students can achieve self realization.
