Experience is in the daily life of human beings and, can develop and evolution in the historical tide. With its unique charm to attract people’s attention and use it. John Dewey is the education synthesizer and gives "experience" of novelty and life. He uses experience as the cornerstone of its education philosophy and builds its unique view of education, and is not only committed to theoretical research but also focuses more on practice, for the later researchers some revelations. A large number of researchers turn their perspectives to experience, whether it is directed the in-depth mining reconstruction. The question about experience’s the value of education has been caused intense discussion in the academic circle. For this problem, this paper also attempts to clarify the concept of experience and the analysis of the status of education, redefines the concept of experience in the basic of combining with the related research theories and achievements, analyses and discusses the individual experience’ principles and feasible classification, clarifies the relationship between the individual experience and education that they can not be separated and mutualism. At the same time it affirms the value of individual experience, focuses on the aspects of the individual experience that it is the educational base, method and purpose and reflective thinking’ pursuit, and also clarifies briefly the individual experience’s value about the cultivation of knowledge and ability.
