The Curriculum Construction Study Of Electrified Railway Technology Major And Work-study Combination Mode

With the deep development of urbanization in recent years,the construction of the railway and urban rail transit of our country has achieved high speed development.Subway,light rail,magnetic levitation,intercity rail and other urban rail transit has made a large number of critical core technological breakthroughs,including the major achievements of traction drive,braking systems,signal systems and etc.With the modernization of railways and speed-up of informatization process,high-quality,high-skilled professionals has become extremely scarce.Electrified railway technology major is mainly engaged in the training of engineering and technical personnel in the field of manufacture,use,maintenance and power supply of electrified railway of electric locomotive train(or transit vehicles)and the training of management personnel with specialized knowledge.The major is highly professional,therefore put forward higher requirements for vocational schools.What kind of talent to develop and how to develop in line with the business needs are issues of concern of vocational schools.To complete the set training objectives,vocational schools need to establish training mode accordingly.Among varies kinds of the training modes,the “Work-study Combination Talent Training Mode”is favored by many schools because it reflects the professionality,openness,practicality and other characteristics.The quality of the curriculum is the core element that directly impacts the quality of personnel training,as well as the important basic work to ensure the quality and specifications of the trained personnel.The construction of work-study combination curriculum is the supporting body to fully implement the work-study combination talent training mode and to realize the fundamental transition of personnel training mode of vocational school.Meanwhile,it is the core to improve the teaching quality of vocational education,but also the key and difficult point to achieve training objectives of vocational education teaching reform.Electrified railway technology major is the oldest major of XX vocational school with railways and urban rail transport characteristics.Through the survey of reform process and the current development of this major,the paper rationally analyze the construction of the curriculum under work-study combination talent training mode,which covers the advice of curriculum construction,materials development,teacher training and team building system construction under the work-study combination talent training mode.
