Researching the combination of information technology with Math teaching is prevailing currently in the area of Math education. Not a few schools with first-class teachers made a mass of practices which have yielded some pleasing fruit.However, due to the ambiguity of understanding the definition of combination, plenty of negative phenomenons have sprung up like the widening and abuse of using information technology, by which further proceeding of the combination is greatly hindered. Under these circumstances, this essay profoundly initiates theoretical thinking and practical exploring towards the specific implementing measures of combination through integrating the course book—Standard Experiment of the Curriculums in Compulsory Education (Grade 7,Volume I),which was published by Jiang Su Science and Technology Press, in an aim to promote the real and effective launch of the combination.Firstly, this essay collates relevant data on which the combination of information technology with the curriculum is based, introduces the application course of information technology and clarifies the essence of combination. Then by incorporating the teaching materials, we undertake a case study on the specific implementation of the combination between information technology and Mathematics from three aspects:the chances, the contents and the methodologies, from which relevant conclusions are drawn.1. Classroom teaching of Math and information technology must be effectively conformed. Mind the principle of timely—looking for appropriate chances by reflecting on the necessity of instilling information technology in Math classes. 2. Taking the content of the combination into account from three aspects:reality, intuitiveness and instrument.3. Choosing proper means of combination by considering the mode of teaching.
