The Evaluation of the quality for vocational education is the key factor affecting the quality of the vocational school education, and the whole implementation and operation process is to help the vocational school to realize its education goal better, therefore, perfect, rational structure of the vocational education evaluation system is the promise and guarantee for a country to enhance the quality of vocational education. As is well known, the German vocational education is considered to be the secret weapon of Germany to become the most powerful and development country of the world after the Second World War. It helps the German economic recovery and rising, largely due to its high level of quality. The External quality evaluation is an important part of the German vocational education quality evaluation system. It is closely combined with the internal evaluation. External evaluation and internal evaluation are the complement of each other. At present, in the background of our country government is advocating to construct the system of modern vocational education, to ensure a high quality of vocational school education is an important prerequisite for the implementation, therefore, how to build a perfect quality evaluation system of vocational education has become the focus problem of the society. Nowadays, most of the education evaluation of our country belongs to the internal evaluation and superior departments, this paper hope that through the research on Evaluation of external equality evaluation in German vocational school, and at the basis of the analyze of the necessity and feasibility of the present situation of our education development in our country, we can find some reference of the successful experience in German, so we can put forward some reasonable suggestions for the constructing of the evaluation system for vocational education in China.This article uses the literature investigation method, comparison research method, case analysis and other research methods, based on fully grasp first-hand information and practice, and studied the external evaluation of quality for vocational school in German comprehensive and meticulous. In the first part, it elaborates the background, significance, research at home and abroad, the research mentality and method of the paper selected topic. In the second part, it is the external quality evaluation theoretical basis of German vocational education. Firstly, it makes a definition of the related concepts, then elaborates basic theory and explains of the research content. The third part is the analysis of external quality evaluation of vocational school in Germany, including its development path, methods and tools, evaluation methods, standards, process and so on. In the fourth part, it uses EVIT-BS of Schleswig Holstein in Germany as a case to carry on the case analysis to the external evaluation of quality of German vocational school. In the fifth part, it combines the modern educational evaluation theory and the development law of vocational education to carry on the analysis, and summarizes its characteristics at last. In the last part, it is based the study of the external evaluation of quality in German vocational school to analyze the necessity and feasibility to learn from it, and then combines our national conditions attempt to find some Enlightenment.
