Since 1990s,MBA education system was introduced into China.MBA education is developing rapidly scale,which output a lot of talents for economic development,and MBA education in China has made brilliant success.With the rapid economic development and enterprise reform,MBA education have a new change that MBA graduates of MBA education evaluation is not high,employers for MBA evaluation is not high,and teaching mode of MBA is lacking of innovation,it means that MBA education development of China has reached a very important stage,So it has great significance to improve the management capacity of managers to study for MBA Perspective.As MBA of universities is the main output terminal of Talents,it's crucial to education and training for our management personnel,management level and managers themselves also affect the future development of Chinese enterprises.Competency is a benchmark of evaluating managers' capability,which is concerned by both academia and the business community about the quality and capacity of research managers,however,research on managers' competency model based on MBA management competency is not enough.Therefore this thesis selects criteria and standardization of enterprise as the research object,and makes a thorough inquiry that which competency the MBA managers need is suitable for enterprise development.This thesis determines managers' competency indicators and meaning by literature research,behavioral event interview and expert scoring method to build managers' career competency.Through interviews and questionnaires combination,this thesis verifies and determines the managers' competency model,which contain five dimensions of 25 competency indicators:Personality traits:Self-confidence,sense of responsibility,attentive,sensitive,desire achievements;Knowledge Skill:The bigger picture,professional skills,decision analysis,interpersonal skills,strategic thinking,creative thinking;self-management:Introspection,ability to act,self-control,learning ability,adaptability;Team Management:Inspire others,empathy,team leadership,effective communication,conflict management,authorization;Operational capacity:integration of resources,planning,system construction,to guide the development of others.According to manager competency model which is based on competency management MBA,we suggest that:according to training objectives targeted positioning;strengthen teaching case;Curriculum more effectively enhance management competency;teaching experience interactive learning with the outside world.I hope that this article can further enrich research manager Competency Model,and MBA education is truly helpful to improve the competence of managers.
