The development of science and technology will promote the reform of the teaching methods, the traditional teaching has been unprecedented impact and challenges, education reform is imperative. Pilot study case was presented, the Chinese Basic Education Reform climax, and it appears flipped classroom, has become a important turning point of education reform in China. Pilot study case and flip the classroom have advocated the cultivation of students’independent learning ability, personalized learning, so that students enjoy learning, studious, and promote the development of students’higher-order capabilities. Through the study of Pilot study case’and flip the classroom’literature, the paper puts forward "Pilot study case-flip" teaching model.The research is based on constructivism, humanism, multiple intelligences theory. Teaching process is divided into two modules,pre-class and in-class,by "Pilot study case-flip" teaching mode, Pre-class are including teachers’ teaching preparation and students learning, In-class section contains questions, the creation of scenarios, group learning, group cooperation, the results show, feedback evaluation, Concentration, succinctly interpretation, formative evaluation, and other aspects.
