New technologies have been introducing to education field with the advancement of educational informatization.Teachers are the most critical factors in the process of educational communication.So only teachers use new technologies in the process of teaching skillfully and effectively,technologies could be made better to serve teaching objectives and teaching content and to improve the quality of education and teaching efficiency.Therefore,the study introduces a management concept "competency",and focus on building the competency structure of elementary school mathematics teachers in the informative teaching environment.The research has been done in order to provide certain basis for training and differing the excellent and the ordinary elementary school mathematics teachers as well as helping them to discover themselves weakness.Certainly the study is also helpful for the related researches about teacher professional development.I think the general structure of teacher competency should be included three parts,and they are professional knowledge,professional skills,and professional affection through carding related domestic and overseas literatures about the structure of teacher competency as soon as the investigation began.And the general structure of teacher competency will offer a basis for building the competency structure of elementary school mathematics teachers in the informative teaching environment.Secondly,in order to build the secondary indexes of the competency structure of elementary school mathematics teachers in the informative teaching environment,we not only take the outcomes of the structure of teacher competency put forward by Organizations and scholars at home and abroad from different levels,different angles for reference,but also read carefully and study repeatedly the requirements from related articles.for example,the Electronic Teaching Literacy of Teachers,standard of professional primary school teachers(for trial implementation).Next,by consulting relevant experts and according to expert opinions,we revised the structure which was established in theory.At last,through to sending questionnaires to elementary school mathematics teachers,collecting data and verifying the result above,we finally finished the research.The outcome of the study is that the competency structure includes professional knowledge,professional skills,and professional affection,22 secondary indexes totally.
