Research On Primary School Mathematics Teacher's Professional Competency Based On The Core Of Mathematics Competency

The present debate of core competency can be thought of as the connotation and concrete of quality-oriented education.As the core competency researchon,we beginto realize that the development of students' core competency should merge with subject core competency,such as the integration of knowledge,ability and values is the core competency in the implementation of the subject level.As a primary school mathematics teacher,to cultivate students' mathematics core competency is the mission for every teacher responsible for the development of students' competency.It needs us to improve teachers' professional competency based on mathematics core competency.From its connotationto develop teacher's professional competency,we should deal well with knowledge,ability,and emotions.Teacher's professional competency is based on the teacher?s professional knowledgeskills and spirits.Through the research of plenty of lessons,we find that teaching practice is the key to develop the mathematics teacher?s profession.Teaching practice can make the teachers truly professional.It is one of the effective ways of teachers' professional development.
