Teacher competency as one of the core content of the evaluationof teachers in the field of education research is becoming a hot spot. How to constructthe primary and middle school information technology teachers’ competency model,and the effective use of competency model, make schools in hiring talent to find theideal information technology teachers, or in the inspection ability of the informationtechnology teachers is of great significance, the corresponding school application inour new teachers, from students in school level can also be used as a normal referencefor later as an information technology teachers, lay the foundation.Of this study is about the primary and middle school information technologyteachers’ competency model research, on the basis of the research to solve is how tomeet the needs of21st century primary and middle school information technologyteachers. This paper discussed the core of the primary and secondary school studentsshould have skills, combined with primary and secondary school students shouldpossess the core skills in the21st century and the corresponding to the primary andmiddle school information technology teachers should possess the competence tobuild the school information technology teachers’ competency model, by using thereliability and validity analysis to verify the availability of the model and preparationof elementary and middle schools information technology teachers’ competencyassessment tools, then through practice to verify the availability of the model. Finallyon the basis of the verified model development applied to has not been working in thestudents and to explore the model of college students’ information technology literacyeducation technology of the survey.This paper first describes the research background, significance, ideas andmethods. Mainly introduced the background of this study, the theoretical significanceand practical significance, simple and summarized the articles about thinking and touse the summary of the main research method. The second chapter is on the currentliterature on the competency and competency model to do the review, analyzes and sums up the domestic and foreign studies of competency. The third chapter is theconstruction of primary and middle school information technology teachers’competency model part, first of all, made qualitative analysis about the presentsituation of middle and primary school information technology, and then the secondpart according to the competency of the further study on the teacher competency,because this article joined in21st century should have the core skills of primary andsecondary schools, in this part will also summarizes the core skills for the21st century.There are more than the part of literature review, here have adopted expert discussionand questionnaire survey methods preliminary constructed primary and middle schoolinformation technology teachers’ competency model. Then apply SPSS to establish amodel for the analysis of the reliability and validity, that model is feasible. Accordingto calculate weight of the scores to determine the weight of each dimension score.And competency characteristics can be divided into four latitudes. Chapter iv is thepractice part of the model, first compiled, the table of the diagnostic informationtechnology literacy and issuing paper for in-service elementary and high schoolteachers of information technology, the practice of this part belong to the constructedmodel validation. Then expand the application, it is also a feature of this article, afterthe validation model, applying this model to expand the education technologyprofessional students (primary and secondary school information technology teachers’reserve forces). A survey of Shanghai normal university undergraduate and graduateeducation technology professional students, to expand using model as the trial object,using the established model experiment for these people, and after test are analyzed.The fifth part is the conclusion part, the main characteristics of this research,innovation and deficiency. |
