In this paper, the second grade in senior middle schools in qinshui 41 a classmate of class as the research object, mainly use the methods such as observation method, interview method, case study method the study of the students in a semester. In the process of research, for the students in the biological course inside and outside the class performance and biological results are observed and recorded, truly reproduce the biology learning process of the students. For the cause of the students trapped in biology from students, parents, students, teachers, etc, are analyzed, and design the corresponding transformation strategy and implementation, finally has obtained the certain effect. This paper will be divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction part, a brief introduction in this paper, the cause of the selected topic, research purpose and meaning, definition of related concepts, domestic and foreign scholars on the studies of learning difficulties. The second part expounds the theoretical basis, including multiple intelligence theory, cognitive theory, constructivism theory and attribution theory. The third part is the design of the research, including research methods, research train of thought, the selection of object of study, etc. The fourth part is the process of research, including two stages, the first stage for the first phase, including the implementation of the conversion process and the results of analysis; The second phase for strengthening phase, including strengthening strategy implementation process and strengthening strategy after implementation of the results and analysis. The fifth part is the author of the study found that some of the summary and outlook for the future work:in the process of translational research of B students, the author found that the incentive policy for poor student into effect is remarkable, monitoring strategy also has the effect, but not as incentive strategy; Poor student work needs of teachers and parents, students, three efforts, suit to different times and different ways of transformation; Although the incentive strategy and monitoring strategies are effective, but not all the way in the incentive strategy is suitable for power of poor student.
