The significance of this study lies in trying to provide ideas and methods to educational practitioners on the transformation of students with learning difficulties, and to construct a "method" bridge between theory and practice. In the entire courseof the study, the three most critical parts is the causes analysis of learning difficulties students, the formation of a viable and effective intervention strategies and the tracking and assessment of intervention effect. Based on this, the thesis uses the case study method. For a specific student, data collection must be done before the intervention in orderto analyses the accurate causes of its learning difficulties, and then to develop appropriate intervention programs with its course teachers. After implementing the interventions, we track the student’s behavior and psychological changes and then analyse and record the changes in its academic performance in the course of the study. Finally, throughreviewing and summarizing of the the entire transformation process of the research object, the thesis provides effective strategies and methods on how to transform the students with for teachers on the front.
