Teachers are the key to improving the quality and level of education, vigorouslypromote reform of the basic education under the background of, more and moreacademics related to teachers ’ professional level research universal attention.Therefore, research on the professional qualities of physical education teachers iscurrently an important subject.This study first, to teacher’s professional quality issues as a starting point ofresearch, analysis of classified research of key ideas, analysis of basic elements ofaffecting the ability of primary school teachers ’ professional development, and usingthe tearful method to predict the factors pose to the professional qualities of physicaleducation teachers in primary schools, and in accordance with this factor, designedunder the background of new curriculum reform, structural model of the professionalqualities of physical education teachers in primary schools.Second, to theory analysis for Foundation, to Jilin province primary schoolsports teachers for case, with2009--2011years Jilin province small sports teachersnational weak subject short-term training and Jilin province rural primary school sportsteachers short-term set training of resources, on primary school sports teachersprofessional ability status and vocational Hoe training of situation for questionnaireinvestigation, to understanding Jilin province primary school sports teachersprofessional literacy of status and exists of problem.Finally, combined with analysis of questionnaires and interviews found that:First, teachers of physical education teachers in primary schools in Jilin provincehigher levels of expertise knowledge and competence to practice, but in subject knowledge and other knowledge areas of slightly less than. Second, the professionalability of physical education teachers in primary schools in Jilin province physicaleducation organization, sports competitions, and strong management skills, butcompared to sports teaching and research capacity development, there is a greatimbalance. Third, the professional and emotional aspects of physical educationteachers in primary schools in Jilin province, teachers ’ attitudes than on students ’attention to the personal work attitude of attention.According to the findings, on the situation of new curriculum reform ofelementary school physical education teachers for vocational training makes thefollowing countermeasures and suggestions: First, to enhance the expertise of teachersto improve. Second, focus on the professional competence of teachers training thirdemotional capacity, promoting physical education culture.
