Qigong is a set of adjustment of body, breath, aligning in one of the unique fitnessregimen of exercise, it is main and collateral channels in Chinese medicine acupoint theoryas a foundation, is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. Fitness Qigong isdifferent from the general sports, in the process of teaching is not only to modern sportsteaching methods and means to guide, and must from Qigong own cultural characteristics,and the combination of modern teaching theory, to explore a can inherit traditional Chineseconcept of fitness Qigong, but also can effectively overcome the fitness Qigong Teachingdull phenomenon teaching mode, therefore, this study proposes a new fitness Qigongcharacteristics of traditional Chinese medicine teaching model.This article through the existing teaching theory and fitness Qigong and its owncharacteristics, using the method of literature, questionnaire, experiment method, expertinterview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method of fitness Qigong characteristicsof traditional Chinese medicine teaching model for design and construction of fitnessQigong: the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine teaching model is based on theconstructivism theory, cognitive interest theory, cooperative learning theory, learningtheory, teaching, traditional Chinese medicine theory and main and collateral channelsacupoints combined with specific action of fitness Qigong, and the use of maps, music,grouping cooperation teaching method, effectively fulfill the teaching goal one paradigm.In this study, eight section brocade Qigong as a teaching content, to Capital Instituteof Physical Education09people system48as experimental subjects for experimentalteaching, through12hours of fitness Qigong characteristics of traditional Chinesemedicine teaching experiment, the experimental results were detected, subjects weachieved the desired teaching goal, teaching effect, teaching the experimental results showthat: the body Qigong characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine teaching model isbeneficial to students’ fitness knowledge and skills, help to improve students’ interest inlearning, to improve the cooperation ability of students and the formation of consciousnessof lifelong physical education plays a positive role in promoting students, mental healthand social adaptation plays an active role.On the experimental teaching process problems and students’ feedback, on fitnessQigong characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine teaching problems and put forwardthe related proposal, and constantly enrich and improve the reform teaching mode, forFitness Qigong and other project teaching and provide a useful reference and reference.
