With the gradual deepening of theteaching reform, it is very important to explore teaching mode to improve teaching quality, student professional quality and innovation and integration capabilities.Creative physical education refers to a series of process of physical education, in which mood can be created through appropriate means and creative teaching method can be created to improve student health and develop their abilities. In this paper, the literature, expert interviews, experiments, mathematical statistics and other methods of creative physical education mode are adopted to explore the theoretical basis, teaching objectives, teaching principles, teaching methods and strategies of creative physical education. The difference between creative teaching mode and traditional teaching mode is described in this paper from the teaching goals, teaching methods, teaching abilities and teaching organization.This paper regards long jump as a breakthrough according to the characteristics of track and field sports in the study of liberature based on combination of track and field sports,expert interviews and questionnaires. In order to explore the long jump technique, I took 50 male studes and 50 female students out of institute of physicai education of Langfang Teachers College. And the students were randomly divided into experrimental group and compared group. The creative mode and traditional teaching physical education mode are compared.â… get the students learning attitude skill assessment, compliance scores and the test resuits before and after the performance. The following condusions are drawn according to the statistical and logical analysis of the experiment data.1. Long jump class mode with innovative physical education mode and the trational teaching mode in normal universities physical education can improve the students'skills and performance standards.But long jump class mode with innovative physical education mode is more than the trational teaching mode to improve the students'technical skills. 2. Long jump class mode with innovative physical education in normal universities physical education is more than the trational teaching mode to improve the students'theoretical knowledge.And students found personal practice of operating principle under the guidance of teachers.3. Long jump class mode with innovative physical education in normal universities physical education is more than the trational teaching mode to improve the students'abilities of discovering, analyzing and solving problems and their innovation.4. Long jump class mode with innovative physical education in normal universities physical education is more than the trational teaching mode to improve the students'keeping amount memory of the knowledge and skills.5. Long jump class mode with innovative physical education in normal universities physical education is more than the trational teaching mode to improve the students'learning attitude and teaching effectiveness.The following suggestions are made by the author:1. Teachers'quality and multidisciplinary knowledge reserves are needed to improve, and teachers'creative abilities are needed to pay attention.2. Teachers should create adequate conditions for students'creative learning. Contradictions between mimic skills and skills exercises are needed to deal with. Physical education assessment system about creative teaching is needed to develop.3. Creative physical education mode does not totally reject the traditional teaching mode and exclude other forms of physical education mode. Different teaching modes should be combined together and bring their respective advantages into full play and learn from each other.
