With the establishment of a large amount of new-style schools,new elementary education began to spring up increasing since the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.The primary school teachers had played an important role in transferring knowledge and cultivating personality.This thesis aims to examine and weigh the primary faculty`s function and importance in the transformation process of rural society,and give a reflection on the developmental situation at that time by studying the faculty of primary schools in six-county in eastern Xin Zhou during the period of Liberation War.Taking the faculty of primary schools in six-county in eastern XinZhou as its object of study,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the general situation of the faculty from such aspects as politics,economics and societies at that time,and reveals the their living state,obligation and importance in the process of revolution.Chapter one is a brief overview of the faculty`s sources,quantities,educational levels,teaching ages,class statuses and so forth.Chapter two detailedly expounds the reason for the transformation of the faculty,as well as its measures and follow-up effects by studying from the faculty`s qualifications and ideological problems.Furthermore,thispart as well make an analysis on variation of their treatments on the period of the Liberation War from the perspective of economics.Chapter three deal with the faculty`s own work on students in primary school such as consolidation education,democratic management and knowledge-imparting.Chapter four concentrates on the primary students` participation in the economic manufacture,agrarian reform and the supporting the front and army under the leadership of their teachers.In a word,by means of studying new democratic theory?policy?specific teaching and social practice,most elementary school teachers has experienced the process of government reform and reinvent.Eventually reached the government basically for elementary school teacher's expectations,they further understood the culture of new democracy,,they set up the firm belief of revolution.After the founding of new China,,the government continued and constantly improved the elementary school teachers reform practice of liberation war.By 1950's elementary school teachers were formed shape of staunch revolutionary faith,selfless dedication to the revolution education career.
