In today's information age, people's information technology literacy has become an inevitable requirement of the development of the information age, shouldering the responsibility to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in vocational schools should keep pace with the times, the comprehensive quality of students' Information Technology Literacy training, as an important content of education unremittingly. In view of this, this paper from the constructivism theory of project oriented teaching method improve students Information Technology Literacy and capability development feasibility analysis and design of teaching mode, and conducted an empirical study of teaching, so that the teaching reform of the information technology curriculum in secondary vocational school have to promote and inspire.Government issued the about accelerate the development of modern vocational education decision, emphasizing the reform and innovation of talent training mode, the implementation of project teaching, case teaching and vocational education for the professional teaching method.Based on the project oriented learning is a learning mode for in teaching activities, to live or work in a real and specific project driven, through team collaboration learning using all available resources for learning to discuss, research activities, and solve the related problems encountered within the prescribed time limit, completion of all project tasks, finally in the form of works to communicate and present the results of the study, and in the process of knowledge construction and training skills. In this study, through the meaning of Information Technology Literacy and the definition of Information Technology Literacy of students to develop actual situation analysis,combining project oriented learning style and vocational computer application foundation subject, from theory and practice two teaching models of project oriented learning and the traditional teaching method of comparative study. The analysis on the basis of domestic and foreign literature data and research results, related theories of project oriented learning were mastered, carry out project oriented learning on students in secondary vocational schoolinformation technology course teaching design, classroom structure design, teaching evaluation design and project oriented special subject learning website development and design. Research mainly adopts experiment method, selected a typical project case was introduced, analyzed and discussed, finally draws the conclusion of research and practice, made a summary of reflection and the research achievements and shortcomings, raises the prospect of the research.The thesis is divided into six parts, namely introduction, research the theoretical basis,promote vocational school students information literacy training based on project oriented teaching design, to promote vocational school students information literacy training of project oriented learning website development, based on project oriented secondary vocational school students' information technology literacy training teaching empirical study, the conclusion and the prospect.Through developing based on the project learning practice research and the case analysis, a detailed discussion of the influence and effect of the teaching method of vocational school students' information technology literacy, training of information technology course of secondary vocational school to carry out project study background and significance, research status, related theory based on the collection and study.Experimental results show that based on project oriented teaching method, on the one hand,the creation of situational sources in real life to attract the attention of students, arouse students' interest in learning, stimulate the students' enthusiasm in the process of knowledge construction,and promote the students continuously and effectively learn. On the other hand, in the process of project learning, students have difficulty in solving the problem of information retrieval ability,analyzing and solving problems by looking up information or discussion. So it in improving student information technology knowledge and skills of students and cultivate students' comprehensive ability two aspects and the results are remarkable is a kind of teaching mode in computer teaching in secondary vocational schools worthy of recognition, is to cultivate the vocational school students Information Technology Literacy is an effective way.
