With the rapid development of information technology, a new round of reform in the field of education has been brought about. The emergence of flipped classroom teaching mode has injected new vitality into the development of education reform. As a kind of creative teaching method, the micro lesson not only changes the way of learning, but also trains the ability of students to solve the problem, which lays a firm foundation for the lifelong study of the students.In recent years, although a lot of subject teachers in the micro lesson and flipped classroom research gradually, but the junior high school information technology course is still in a blank.This article refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the micro class, Mu class, flipping the classroom and related concepts, the theory of mastery learning, constructivism, blended learning are described, which provides theoretical support for the use of practice. The Henan Province Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang,Puyang and other regions of the junior middle school information technology class status were investigated. Reference to the United States forest park high school,Chongqing Jukui secondary school, Shandong Province Changle a flip typical cases of classroom teaching pattern, and carries on the comparative analysis. Combined with the actual situation of our school, in order to turn the K6KT- happy classroom of Shanghai Fu Lan Mdt Info Tech Ltd as the flipped classroom platform, the teaching mode of junior middle school information technology course flipped classroom teaching mode. The action research method is used to carry out teaching experiment research on the construction of the teaching model. Through the teaching content,teaching plan, practice application, improvement measures and steps to carry out the three rounds of action research. Information technology standards for students andlearning abilities were tested, the pre-test and post test results using statistical professional software of SPSS analysis were analyzed, based on micro course of junior middle school information technology class flipped classroom teaching mode of student information technology level and learning ability improve has significant effect is obtained. This study tested based on micro course of junior middle school information technology class flipped classroom teaching mode is feasible and effective, the junior middle school information technology teachers and teachers of other subjects provides experience for reference, has important role in promoting and improving for the junior high school information technology level and learning ability.
