Exploration On The Present Situation And The Reform Of The Administrative Management Of Colleges And Universities In China

Recently, with the continuous change and development of our country, marketingeconomic system has been established and developed, Reform of political system demands for the transformation of government functions, the process of globalization calls for more competition in knowledge. Facing the changing and development of the environment, the administration system of our national universities has many problems, which have seriously affected the quality of high level colleges to cultivate elites for the society. One of the important criteria to measure the overall level of each university is the level of the university administration. With the constantly changing of the environment, the administrative management of colleges and universities has become so important that it plays an important and irreplaceable role. Administrative management in colleges and universities is not only the internal relationship reflecting the administrative phenomenon and process, but reasonable realization of administrative management by each executive who have gained in the long-term practice. However, the truth is developing, while understanding of administrative management is constantly developing as well. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the overall level of university administration in China for the purpose of deepening the reform of the administrative management system.The reform of administrative management system in university is not only the difficulties but key to current reform of high-level education system. The reform of the administrative management system of colleges and universities includes both internal and external reform of the administrative system of higher education. Each university has been making ongoing efforts, exploration for the reform of the administrative system, yet leading to the incomplete reform of the administrative system in colleges and universities due to national conditions and restrictive factors in China. During the reform period, there has been a series of problems in practice, such as the state of stagnation, which greatly increased the cost of the reform, thus seriously affected the overall process and effect on system reform. Objective questions such as social requirements, the historical mission objectively require university administration, urging the reform process of administration system. The government should also change its management functions, reform the management mode, strengthen macro-control and increase support in the reform of the administrative system in colleges and universities. All colleges and universities should focus on the reform of the social security system, change management functions, reform advocate academic supremacy right academic reform and take proper market management mechanism, improve the running efficiency and benefit, to help universities to reform and develop further in the administrative management system in the reform of the administrative system.This article is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the research purpose, significance and background, and explains the research status at home and abroad. The second chapter is mainly based on the administrative management system to conduct a comprehensive analysis, introducing the process of the reform and development of the administrative management system of universities and colleges in China. The third chapter, taking the example of the three Universities in Changchun as the research object, introduces the present status of administrative management in Colleges, so as to find out the further problem. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons according to the existing problems. The last Chapter puts forward some reform of administrative management system of colleges and universities according to the analysis of the causes.
