Abstract/Summary:
During the progressive realization of China’s higher education elite education to mass education transformation, the employment of university students appears difficult social problems, the employ ability affect students’ future. How does the experience of the college students effect their employ ability ? How to improve the students’ employ ability by varies ways? The related research above enriches the related theory of talents’ cultivating system.This research focus on the special groups which are the students of Management Trainee Program of Associations at school to probe its effects to the Student’s Employ ability. The case is one Scientific Technical Association of H University. The sample is sixteen students included full-time sophomores and graduates. Based on the theory of student engagement and IEO model from Astin.Finally, the author constructs a model of effect factors from Management Trainee Program of Associations at school to the Student’s Employ ability.From the theoretical and practical aspects, The author elaborated the connotations of the Management Trainee Program of Associations at school and analyzed it with SWOT method. And it is described that the Management Trainee Program of Associations at school has positive influence on Student’s Employ ability from cognitive, emotional,practical aspects. Then, It is also written about the reason why the Management Trainee Program of Associations at school effects Student’s Employ ability and its factors based on the analysis of the IEO model. And the gist of the IEO model is that The Inputs and Environment determine the development and achievement of college students. As to Student’s employ ability, the factors include personal background characteristics 、individual effort、the culture of the association and school climate.Finally, the author made several recommendations, including three areas: by enhancing students’ awareness of self-development, achieving the flexibility of the associations management and promoting diversity of the system for students’ development.
