The further development of economic globalization and the advent of the knowledgeeconomic era,accelerates the talent competition among enterprises. Human resource isthe foremost resource for modern enterprises,it promotes the enterprises developinghealthily,and plays a decisive role in winning the competition. It is talents that enableenterprises realize the great-leap-forward development. The core competitiveness ofEnterprise is more and more rely on cultivation of intellectual resources andconfiguration, control capabilities of intellectual achievements, In recent years, largemultinational companies launch a global war for talent, in the fight for talent,management trainee become the key business.To reserve more management trainee meet the requirements of enterprises, it needsa scientific and reasonable selection mechanism, selecting the talents whomatches.Know and then arrange,to know the people,personnel assessment is effectivemeans. In recent years, some domestic consulting company and research institutionshave developed a few management trainee assessment tool, which makes the evaluationwork taken a big step in the quantitative evaluation. After application of the assessmenttools, enterprises find most of the evaluation results and the objective facts the truth,which brings great convenience for enterprise management trainee recruitment,however,it seems there is some deviation,sometimes even large ones in the process ofevaluation,which reduce the authority of objectively and comprehensively evaluate themanagement trainee. This paper analyses the actual case of ZY Co the managementtrainee recruitment,after deeply analyzing the evaluation method, the design ideas ofthese measurement tools, combined with the ubiquity of problems in the evaluation ofthe enterprises, the paper gives countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improveevaluation efficiency of enterprises.
