In recent years, to promote the development of education cause in our country, our country has issued and promulgated a series of standards and guidelines which has provided a good opportunity for the teaching reform. It is pointed out in the curriculum requirements put forward by the new curriculum reform that we need to strengthen the ties between the course content and student life, and the development of modern society and science and technology; we need to pay attention to the students’ interest in learning and experience. But the present teaching is still paying attention to the storage of knowledge, neglecting the cultivation of learners’ comprehensive ability, such as the shortage of students’ autonomous learning time, a passive acceptance status at most time, a lack of communication and interaction between teachers and students in the class, students’ low learning enthusiasm, which are bad for students to apply knowledge to solve practical problems in life. Project-based learning is a kind of the new teaching model adapted for basic education reform which emphasizes the comprehensiveness of the subject and the cooperation between learners, and advocates students’ active exploration in real situation, which is useful for cultivating the students’ learning ability, practical ability, and cooperation ability. Since it attaches importance to the subjectivity of the students, in recent years it has caused widespread attention from educators all over China. With the implementation of the “three links two platforms” which aims at everyone’s network learning platform linking. Therefore, the research based on the form of interaction between teachers and students’ network learning platform has become an inevitable trend. Project-based learning as a new teaching mode, a lot of literature and experiments has proved the validity of it, but the project research under the network learning environment has just started. How to design, implement, organize in the network environment, and evaluate PBL, etc. is the focus of study in this thesis.First of all, on the basis of literature research, this thesis has combed the research status quo of PBL, related concepts and basic process, and it explains the concept of network teaching-learning platform and the basic functions of it, and it has done contrastive analysis between the traditional PBL and the network teaching-learning platform supported PBL. Second, based on the related theories, it has designed the teaching design process of PBL supported by network teaching-learning platform, and it also designed the environment, activities and evaluation of the network teaching-learning platform supported PBL. Next is to carry out the teaching practice research, in primary school grade five information technology classes, the project learning activities were carried out. With action research as the main line, research is done while summarizing and reflecting, so as to reflect on the teaching design through three rounds of teaching practice, thus to improve and perfect the teaching design, and to summarize and analyze the result of the teaching practice, so as to verify its validity.Experiments have shown that: through the development of project learning activities under the network teaching-learning platform environment, it has greatly stimulated the students’ interest in learning, improved the students’ ability of information technology, communication and cooperation ability; the abundant learning resources of the platform, diverse activity forms, convenient way of communication all have facilitated the development of the whole event, which will provide reference for front–line teachers to carry out the project learning practice based on the teaching platform.
