The Research Of Sports Ground In Hongshan District Current Opening-up Situation And Strategy

The sixth general survey of sports grounds was conducted in 2014(hereinafter referred to as "SGS").This was the second survey of sports grounds conducted in early 20th century.Data indicators and technical means has been further improved on the program implementation.The scientification of program implementation,the standardization of statistical indicators,and the rationalization of the using of technological means will produce more far-reaching influence.This paper studies the current situation of the opening sports grounds in order to find problems in the open sports grounds.And make recommendations accordingly to provide a theoretical basis for determining the direction of development of sports grounds.The problems are as following:1,The distribution of sports grounds is unbalanced.2,The arrangement of sports grounds is unbalanced.3,The opening rate and the using of the sports grounds is low.4,The opening of the popular sports program was deeply accepted by the people is unsatisfactory.5,There is a lack of legislation to support this,and lack of proper publicity.And this paper proposed five solutions:1,to strengthen the construction of sports grounds,to balance of urban and rural level.2,to develop a reasonable standard of charging,to achieve a greater degree of opening.3,to establish a more scientific and rational management and operation mode.4,Make full use of the facilities,enrich the opening type.5,Step up publicity efforts,foster a sense of service,and establish a good social image.Thereupon the writer makes six suggestions:1,The government should focus on the problem of idle sports grounds.Introduce specific policies and regulations for the open stadium as soon as possible,standardize and guide public sports resources open to the public.2,Adhere to government-led,the state should increase investment in construction,publicity fitness knowledge,promote fitness to the publics.3,The public demand for different sports grounds are different.This difference decide the supply of sports grounds,so in order to do a good job on opening sports grounds,the differences in demand must be considered.Develop a reasonable opening program.It is recommended to strengthen the construction of sports facilities,while also focusing on the construction and maintenance of sports facilities which is love more by the public.As to the opening sports grounds in universities and colleges,to strengthen school leaderships learning policies and regulations of sports grounds is necessary.Let the recognize university stadium opening is for public welfare,improve their service consciousness.4,The government can take different levels reward system to encourage the opening sports grounds motivation,to average up the service.To evaluate each units' performance,and bring it into the evaluation range.5,In order to ease the insufficient per capita area problem,each unit should promote their sports grounds and related service actively.6,The business model for the management of sports grounds should be diversified,should have more choices,more combinations methods.Make related requirements to self-management unit.Increase the opening time except the basic time.
