Study On The Social Work Intervention Of The Employment Dilemma Of The Rural Handicapped

In the report of the 19~thh CPC National Congress has mentioned that we will improve the livelihood of the people and achieve common prosperity.Employment is the foundation of the people’s livelihood,the rural people with disabilities is a double disadvantaged groups,supporting the weak is to do everything possible to achieve the employment of disabled people.The employment of rural disabled people is an urgent problem to be solved,and the realization of the employment of disabled people in rural areas is an effective way to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.At this stage the attention to the rural disabled persons mainly lies in eliminating poverty,poverty alleviation in rural poverty alleviation work accurately is one of the most important measures to support,under the background of precise poverty alleviation,In Yangling District,a total of 856 poverty alleviation households in the entire region have been deprived of 304 households due to handicapped.The author research on precise poverty alleviation Y town 105 families including 26 due to residual poverty,solve the problem of rural employment for disabled persons is of great significance to accurately poverty alleviation work.Based on Y town to study,certified disabled after entering a visit Y town of 227 people,including third levels of disabled people 86 people,fourth level 80 people accounted for 73%of disabled persons,and third and fourth level in the current disabled persons’federation management system for the disabled to enjoy subsidies for the disabled,the less the proportion of their degree of disabled people have a greater social integration,social participation,and realize self-value demand,and disability grade lighter,also has the basis of the employment.The employment policy of rural disabled persons in government departments cannot fundamentally meet the desire to realize self-worth of mildly handicapped people.The author found the disabled employment related literatures on rural employment for disabled persons involved in social work practice study is less,the author using the method of in-depth interviews and participatory observation method to analyze Y town of mild disabled employment predicament,the social work intervention in rural mildly handicapped people.At the same time,the paper mainly relying on the advantage in social work perspective theory increases the power theory,the social support theory,reflect the concept of social work,helped the disabled to set up correct concept of employment,renewed employment confidence.The case work has been involved in the use of social workers’professional skills to help the client to improve its bad mood and build a social support network to help it get out of difficulties.A supportive team to carry out the six activities so as to improve team member identity,self-confidence,and eliminate the bad mood,strengthen interaction ability,enhance employability skills,The author reflect on intervention and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from different aspects.Practice has proved that promote the employment of the disabled use social work of professional skills and methods,to have confidence in the vulnerable groups for the disabled and improve their employment ability,link resources to broaden employment channels,help them achieve reemployment,achieved success in practice.At the same time,it is seen that the development of the rural social work in China is still at the initial stage,the social work intervention in rural disabled employment has less experience,exploring the paths and methods of social work intervention has a long way to go.
