Research On The System Construction Of Intraparty Political Activities In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress,the Communist Party of China stands at a new historical starting point,the Party’s ranks have undergone major changes,and some new situations and problems have emerged inside and outside the Party,in response to which General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to take intra-Party political life seriously,and to take serious intra-Party political life as a basic task in the overall strict governance of the Party.In order to serious intra-party political life and solve the current problems of intra-party political life,the key is to play the fundamental role of the system,and the system construction of intra-party political life must be carried out.Based on the existing research results in academia,this study tries to comprehensively and systematically study and sort out the construction of the system of intra-party political life in the new era from four aspects.The first part,the introduction.The origin of the research on the construction of the party political life system in the new era is explained and its academic history is sorted out,while the research content,research methods,research focus and innovation,and the definition of the main core concepts are explored,laying an important foundation for this study.In the second part,the practical problems and significance of the construction of the party political life system in the new era are discussed.In terms of realistic problems,firstly,the quality of the construction of the system of intra-party political life needs to be improved,secondly,the system construction of the system of intra-party political life needs to be improved,and thirdly,there are shortcomings in the implementation and execution of the system of intra-party political life;in terms of construction significance,firstly,the construction of the system of intra-party political life in the new era helps to summarize experience and promote the normal development of intra-party political life,and secondly,the construction of the system of intra-party political life in the new era helps to Thirdly,the construction of the system of internal political life in the Party in the new era helps to meet the challenges and enhance the modernization of national governance capacity.The third part compares the explorations and achievements in the construction of the Party’s internal political life system in the new era.On the one hand,it introduces the practical exploration of the system construction of political life within the Party in the new era,including highlighting the status of the fundamental law of the Party Constitution and strengthening the study and education of the Party Constitution;improving the Party’s organizational regulations and systems and regulating various types of subjects at all levels of the Party;improving the Party’s leadership regulations and systems and consolidating the Party’s leading core position;regulating the Party’s own construction system and perpetuating the Party’s advancement and purity;and strengthening the construction of supervision and guarantee systems and creating a good Party political ecology.On the other hand,it composes the great achievements of the Party’s political life system construction in the new era,including advancing the new great project of Party construction,strengthening and consolidating the Party’s leadership position,enhancing the Party’s ability to govern according to the law,and creating a good Party political ecology.The fourth part summarizes the basic experience of the construction of the Party’s internal political life system in the new era.Five aspects of experience are summarized:political construction as the fundamental leader,belief education as the primary task,party rules and regulations as the basic followings,democratic centralization as the important principle,and strengthening supervision as the important grasp.
