Investigation And Research On The Rural Grass-roots Party Building Of Thirty Mile Street

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee has insisted on resolutely resolving the party and guaranteeing party building work with the general secretary of Xi Jinping as the core.In June 2015,the CPC Central Committee held a symposium on the content of rural grassroots party building.With this series of major initiatives,the rural grassroots party building has been improved and enhanced greatly.As well our Party has consolidated position in the rural grassroots party building working and a good foundation is laid for the reform and development of rural governance.But it is undeniable that there are still many deficiencies in some areas of rural grassroots party building work,it is worth us to investigate and study.In view of the above problems,this paper investigated the rural grassroots party building work of Thirty Mile Street by questionnaire,the depth interview method,the literature review method and the spss software statistical analysis.This survey took 354 members of the Communist Party of China,181 ordinary people from all 18 administrative villages in Thirty Mile Street as samples,and conducted a multi-dimensional and targeted questionnaire.After the questionnaire,the village party secretary,village party workers,ordinary party members are selected to carry out face-to-face in-depth interviews.With the summary,statistics and analysis of the survey data,it is concluded that the rural grassroots of Thirty Mile Street has the characteristics of stable party organization structure,comprehensive party member development system and rich cultural construction.But as to be a innovative grassroots service party organizations,there are still a series of problems in Thirty Mile Street rural grassroots party building: some party members are backward in thought,some people are not satisfied with the rural party organization,less the ability to lead the villagers to get rich.There are many causes of the above outstanding problems;each outstanding problem is not caused by a single reason,not only the objective factors of the environment,but also the Subjective factors of members,to sum up,there are mainly four major reasons: First,the division work between the two committees in the village is not clear;second,the quality of the party members in some rural areas is not high;Third,the thinking of some young members is degraded;fourthly,the objective economic conditions in the region are constrained.On this basis,this paper puts forward that from the perspective of management system,we should continue to strengthen the characteristics of rural grassroots party organizations from the aspects of service,innovation and prosperity;from the perspective of personnel training,we should innovate the cadre selection mechanism,strengthen the team reserve force construction,improve the quality of all party members learning;the most important thing is,from the people-oriented point of view,we should strengthen the relationship between grassroots party members and the general masses,carry out non-position party members serve for people practice activities,improve the participation of ordinary people,the establishment of party members and masses to support the policy.The purpose of this paper is to improve the Thirty Mile Street rural grassroots party building work with this series of recommendations,and make a good reference for other agriculture-related streets.
