The Research On Status, Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Community Home Endowment Service Center In Changchun City

At present,China's population aging has become a social problem can not be ignored by more and more people are concerned.With the elderly population rising sharply,to establish an according with China's national conditions,meet the demand of social endowment pension mode is imminent from the perspective of the trend of social development.Compared with other developed countries,China's ageing problem with its own characteristics.In China,the development of community home endowment service center in China is in its infancy,the consciousness of the elderly community home endowment service center is being strengthened and the demand for community home endowment service center also gradually increasing.The community home endowment service center as a new type of pension mode,let more and more elderly people can get both professional services in the community home endowment service center and living at home.This paper mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire survey methods and interview method based on the social support theory,the theory of customer orientation and new public service theory and combine with the domestic and foreign research achievements of community home endowment service center,a survey for old people from different community home endowment service center in different regions in Changchun to probe the current situation of the development of community home endowment from the cognition degree,services and other aspects.Based on this,through the investigation 7 community home endowment service center from different regions in Changchun,the 300 questionnaires distributed to elderly people over 65 years old from different community home endowment service center,to understand their usage of home care,medical care,spiritual needs and entertainment,summed up the current community home endowment service center problems including laws and regulations unsound,infrastructure inadequate,service personnel unprofessional,elderly person unawareness and service items inadequate.Then it puts forward corresponding countermeasures such as strengthening leading force of the government complement resource allocation,strengthening propaganda,improving service personnel quality and complement service items.This article attempts to understand and analyze the community home endowmentservice center,and combined with the actual pension system in our country,to improve the security system of community home endowment service center in our country,raising the level of service in community home endowment service center,provide more opinions and suggestions of development of community home endowment service center in the future.
