Research On Open Government Data Ecosystem

Open government data is rapidly advancing in many countries and has become a hot topic and research focus in the field of government informatization.Government data is open to the society for its use.This paper presents the concept of open government from an ecosystem perspective,a metaphor often used by decision makers,academics,and technical experts to describe actors,organizations,The sense of a interdependent social system of physical infrastructure and symbolic resources.Providing more data when government data is open will lead to more use and value creation,which in turn will motivate governments to make the necessary changes.Make the data more open and convenient to form a dynamic system.Based on the research on the current situation and background significance of open government data at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the ecosystem view of open government data,and expounds the concept and value of open government data.This paper combs and analyzes the value creation mechanism of open government data,probes into the main stakeholders and their interaction in open government data ecosystem,and deepens the understanding of the process and result of open government data.Based on the analysis of ecosystem elements and life cycle,a dynamic open data model is proposed from the point of view of data flow.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Guangzhou government data unified open platform,the open government data ecosystem is constructed according to the list of food safety quantification A of Guangzhou food service.This paper points out the deficiency of Guangzhou government data unified open platform,and puts forward the improvement strategy.The practice of open government data in China is still in its infancy,and the academic research on this issue needs to be further developed.Only a few studies have been done on the basic components of the open government data ecosystem,and these ecosystems are very important.Especially in the study of ecosystem construction of open government data,this concept is seldom put forward,but they are helpful to realize the advantage of open government data and to create value.
