Since the Nineteenth National Congress,the state has strengthened governance reforms,boosted governance capacity to modernization,kept pace with the times,continued to innovate,and sought a modern governance system.The ever-changing social fields,the changing social structure and forms,and the ever-increasing contradiction between them,the previous management methods are outdated and cannot meet the needs for growth,and innovative social governance is imperative.Hub-type social organization,its emergence is just a matter of course,stems from its prominent multi-functional,such as: service provision,deployment of resources,weighing power,mediating contradictions,creating a platform to achieve sharing,help social autonomy,guide the growth of social organizations,effective Participate in governance and achieve multi-elemental co-governance.As a rising star,its usefulness indicates her governance stamina.It indicates that it will appear in the governance process as the subject.It must be an ally with the government to build complementary strengths and weaknesses.However,as a new thing,its development is immature and its progress is slow.In the process of social governance,it will still encounter obstacles and restrict the harnessing ability.It is necessary to study the pivotal organization,explore its value in governance,and innovate its governance model.Looking at the overall situation,although the hub-type social organizations are getting better and better in their operations,they are increasingly taking on government functions,providing service purchases,actively investing in social governance,and playing a considerable role,but it is still a long way from mature and efficient hub organizations.This article relied on related theories to apply western governance experience,especially mature governance mechanisms,to refine and explore Chinese governance models.However,the paper found that in the social governance,due to the imperfect legal level,the containment of official-based thinking,lack of supervision mechanism,and weak own capabilities,the hub-type social organization resulted in its weakness in the governance process and participation.The scope is narrow,the mode of participation is uneven,and the service is not in place.Based on this,the specific issues are analyzed and put forward,such as: improving the legal system;seeking cooperation and governance;strengthening the management skills of the key organizations;and strengthening the supervision system.Through the study of this article,in social governance,promote the hub-type social organization to participate more deeply,extensively,and efficiently,and to achieve improved governance effectiveness,social governance innovation,and sustainable social development.
