The development of the network especially the rapid development of mobile Internet,has changed people's way of life and social way social relationship.Since the launch of WeChat Tencent Inc this social software,coupling with the increasing popularity of smart mobile phone,the WeChat and WeChat group set up a circle of friends push commodity(service)information,a new network marketing model that is born micro business marketing.Due to the lag of relevant legislation,the lack of supervision in all sectors,the false advertisements,fake and inferior products,infringement of intellectual property rights,consumer privacy leakage and consumer rights protection are exposed in the process of micro marketing.This paper attempts to dialectically analyze and logical reasoning(logically reason),combined with the reality of micro marketing,from a legal perspective to study it,aiming to formulate relevant laws to regulate micro marketing,and solve the problems existing in the process of micro marketing,which is particularly important.This paper firstly explains the basic theory of micro business marketing,detailed analysis of related concepts,including WeChat micro,micro business marketing and store's concepts,the similarities and differences between marketing and other network marketing,marketing analysis of legal relationship between the micro business marketing in micro business platform,buyers and network and other participants.Secondly,there are many frequent problems in the process of micro marketing,such as false advertising,fake and inferior products,infringement of intellectual property rights and consumer privacy leakage.From multiple perspectives,the reasons for these problems are analyzed.Thirdly,it analyzes and studies the legislative status of foreign mobile social marketing,and provides a reference for improving the legal regulation of micro business marketing in China.Finally,we present our micro business marketing problems to improve our legal system of micro business marketing,making the micro business marketing related legislation,a clear legal responsibility of micro business marketing,Even if the network marketing mode is a new thing and at an immature stage of development,there are many sides which is not harmonious with the marketing economy,and also there are many torts,but manage and regulate it,especially the laws and regulations,make the network marketing mode of micro business marketing this new person in the realization part of employment,entrepreneurial dreams and in sharing play an important role in the economy.
