Research On The Mechanism Of How The Old Cadres Add Positive Energy

Retired cadres is a valuable wealth of the party and the country,and also an important resource for the party to govern and rejuvenate the country.Guiding retired cadres to add positive energy for the party through a variety of waysis the needs of the party,the wishes of the old comrades and the responsibilities of the retired cadres under the new situation.This thesis is based on an analysis of the influence factors on the mechanism of how old cadres add positive energy in Zhengzhou city.This thesis try to solve these factors by considering the low ability to organize and lead,imperfection of the mechanisms on training and visiting,creating opportunities,serving and assuring and propagating and encouraging,drawing on the experience of the other districts and combining the results of 50 retired cadres’ interview.In order to better play the retired cadres’ positive energy,it is necessary to perfect the mechanisms of organize and lead,train and visit,create opportunities,serve and assure and propagate and encourage.Then we can establish a long-term mechanism to play the positive energy of the retired cadres.
