Consumption related to the Social economy development,is about each consumer's vital interests of the subject.Consumer social responsibility is the inevitable product of economic and social development.Under the guidance of excessive consumption,luxury consumption and sports consumption,the social problems and ecological environment of our country are becoming more and more prominent,so that we must consider consumption A new proposition of social responsibility.Based on the definition of domestic and foreign scholars on the definition of consumer social responsibility,it should be defined as: consumers should personal interests and social and long-term interests of the unified,in the product or service selection,use and processing In the whole process to be considered,and to build a viable and operational strong supporting self-discipline,social and other mechanisms to bear the maintenance of social sustainable development and promote social civilization and progress of the moral responsibility of consciousness.This paper focuses on the analysis of the connotation,characteristics and necessity of consumer social responsibility,expounds the content that should be included in the system,and then analyzes the status and causes of consumer social responsibility in China.Put forward some of the system in China to establish the implementation of the promotion strategy.Mainly divided into the following sections:The first part summarizes and summarizes the relevant research results of consumer social responsibility both at home and abroad,and finally draws out its exact definition.On this basis,the paper analyzes the characteristics of consumer social responsibility and the importance of implementing the system in our country.The second part elaborates the concrete contents of the social responsibility of consumers,including the contents of resources and environmental protection,the contents of corporate social responsibility commitment,the content of social order and good content,the content of rights supervision and the content of promoting the healthy development of science and technology.The third part of the current situation of China's consumer social responsibility was clear,and from the analysis of the system is currently missing in our country reasons.On the basis of the above three parts,the fourth part puts forward the specific promotion plan of establishing and implementing the consumer social responsibility system in our country,including: strengthening the propaganda and education of thecultivation of the consumer's social responsibility consciousness;Consumer social responsibility movement;the implementation of consumer social responsibility in the legislation to be clear and correct implementation;to take economic measures to encourage consumer social responsibility consumption practice activities;to strengthen government supervision,social supervision and personal supervision.
